Real Madrid VS Manchester City

Manchester City play in the last four of the Champions League for the first time on Tuesday but find 10-time winners Real Madrid standing between them and a place in the final.

Manchester City beat Paris Saint-Germain in the quarter-finals to move into the last four of Europe's premier competition for the first time, and will host the team who has reached this stage more than any other side (27) in the first leg on Tuesday.

Kompany, who recently returned from a calf injury and was rested at the weekend, said: "When you get to the semi-final, there is nothing bad for you anymore, you just want to play.

Madrid likewise head into the semi-final knowing that the Champions League could be their last hope of salvaging success from another mixed campaign.

Real Madrid have won only one of their last four away games in the Champions League knockout stages (D1 L2) - against Roma in this season's last 16.
Ronaldo is set to return to the starting line-up after Zidane rested him in the weekend clash against Vallecano.
Benzema is also expected to start  after recovering from a knock he suffered in the weekend, while Bale is a guaranteed started even if he is not fully fit.

Real Madrid: Predicted Line-up (4-3-3)
